Requisitos: What we are looking for: * Business Management/Economics degree plus first experience as Researcher or Assistant in an Executive Search/recruitment industry * Know how in the Health-care, Financial Services industry or technology related industry would be ideal * Experience in a client serving environment would be a strong asset * Organised, structured and able to work under pressure * Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication and relationship skills * Excellent customer orientation * Result orientation and attention to detail * Team player with ability to think out of the box * High level of synthesis and ability to write in English * Fluent in German and English
