Requisitos: To be successful in the role you should: - Native in German and fluent in English - Have good notions of ad-tech/online advertising - Excellent spoken and written communication skills - Be passionate about the digital media landscape - Identify new clients, bring them on board, rinse, repeat - Engage and strategize with clients (agency and direct) at all levels - Adapt each sales pitch on a client by client basis - Own your business. Develop new prospecting strategies, create new value propositions for clients - Consistently deliver against sales targets Desirable profile: - 2+ years of overall sales experience, preferably in online marketing or adtech - Experience in a new business role - Sales and goal oriented - Proven and demonstrable track record of outperforming - Highly energetic and motivated - A true team player
