You will be based in Madrid but your work will impact on a global scale.

 

Job Purpose/Background

 

This role will specifically focus on building a top class SaaS talent recruiting platform for our local and international partners & customers. As a team lead you will have the autonomy and the authority to lead a team that builds amazing products in an agile development lifecycle at the same time you help the them grow with your experience.

  • Previous experience building a SaaS product / platform.
  • Project management and communication skills (agile methodologies).
  • Team leading & team work (mentoring).
  • Experience with componentization, MVC and common front-end frameworks.
  • High standards for code quality, testing and performance.
  • Knowledge in Cloud computing, Docker and Continuous integration.
  • Quality and Time to Market, building infrastructure to help us do both.

 

Technology Stack

 

  • Angular 4+, HTML, CSS, SASS, etc.
  • Python with Django.
  • NginX or Apache WS
  • PostgreSQL
  • AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, High availability and scalability is desired)

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Build the SaaS platform with slick modern interfaces and the backend services they depend on.
  • Lead a team of developers through the Product lifecycle - architecture, design, development, quality, and production.
  • Hands-on development of features (~70% of the time).
  • Work closely with other participants on the team - product, design and BI.
  • Grow and coach the team’s Talent.

 

Knowledge/Experience:

 

  • At least 4 years of Angular 2+ & Javascript experience on a comercial quality product development.
  • At least 4 years of Python & Django experience on a comercial quality product development.
  • Proven experience leading a team of developers.
  • Proven experience building a SaaS platform.
  • Ability to architect & build applications using frameworks and APIs
  • Strong understanding of API Rest Design.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS (SASS).
  • Agile project management and reporting skills.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills and time management abilities.
